Key Responsibilities\n

• Adhere to all established organizational policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain consistency in care.

• Maintain a regular work schedule as determined by your direct supervisor while preparing for and conducting therapy sessions via telehealth.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and adjust these plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document client progress, manage treatment plans, and communicate effectively with other team members regarding updates and changes.
\n
• Provide information and resources to clients regarding financial or social needs when applicable, facilitating access to additional support systems.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic methods, techniques, and ethical codes relevant to mental health counseling.

• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss case management strategies and share insights while adhering to strict confidentiality standards.

• Maintain current certifications, including an Oregon Driver’s License and CPR/First Aid certification as necessary to meet agency requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily engage with a youthful population, addressing various mental health challenges that may affect their personal and academic lives. Our clients may include adolescents facing emotional distress, behavioral issues, and other mental health conditions. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, your work will significantly impact their ability to navigate these challenges and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An independent mental health license in the state of Oregon, including but not limited to LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage a high caseload while maintaining quality service delivery.

• Effective communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and collaborate with fellow professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
