Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness-based interventions appropriately.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions integrating mindfulness techniques, meditation, and breathing exercises tailored to clients' specific needs.

• Lead group workshops on mindfulness practices and stress management strategies aimed at building resilience in participants.
\n
• Advocate for the adoption of mindfulness practices within therapy sessions and collaborate with fellow clinicians to enhance treatment effectiveness across our care teams.

• Maintain meticulous records of client progress, documenting interventions and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care and adherence to best practices.
\n
• Engage in regular personal mindfulness practice and self-reflection, as well as participate in ongoing professional training to refine skills in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress-related conditions, and trauma. Clients will vary in age and background, requiring flexibility and adaptability in your therapeutic approach. Your primary goal is to provide support that enhances their emotional regulation, coping skills, and overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mindfulness practices with proficiency in integrating these into therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional communication skills, facilitating the creation of a calming and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally with a focus on mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches.

• Experience tailoring mindfulness interventions for individuals facing various mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range for this position, between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually.
