Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a licensed mental health therapist will involve a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their unique situations and needs.

• Developing effective and personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapies.

• Delivering individual therapy sessions using tailored modalities that promote personal growth and emotional stability.

• Setting therapeutic goals, monitoring client progress, and making adjustments to treatment as necessary.

• Providing teletherapy options to accommodate various client needs, ensuring accessibility for individuals facing challenges in attending in-person sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults, each requiring unique approaches to their mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic relationships.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in time management.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, candidates with experience in virtual therapy, trauma-informed care, and specific therapeutic modalities (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or EMDR) will be given special consideration. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload size. In addition, our benefits package includes:
