Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at our center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough and compassionate assessments to understand clients' psychological, emotional, and social challenges, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and well-crafted treatment plans.

• Utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to customize treatment based on individual client needs and treatment goals.

• Providing crisis intervention services, employing de-escalation techniques and rapid response strategies to support clients in acute distress.
\n
• Maintaining detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress reports, and diagnostic evaluations, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engaging with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—such as psychiatrists, social workers, and administrators—to ensure holistic care and support for clients.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health concerns and procedures, and advocating for their needs within the healthcare system.

• Participating in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your skill set and stay updated with best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will support clients grappling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your expertise will be essential in helping them develop coping strategies and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist in Texas (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with the ability to apply evidence-based practices.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health services.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
