Our work schedule is typically Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient appointments and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific mental health goals.

• Implement proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address clients’ mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation is up to date and thorough.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and enhance the quality of care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and available community resources, thus empowering them to make informed decisions.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
