Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and individualized therapy sessions for clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Develop, implement, and periodically review personalized treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive care tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging active participation and providing a supportive environment for clients to express and work through their challenges.

• Collaborate with other professionals in our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create an integrated approach to each client’s care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, allowing for quality assurance and facilitating informed treatment decisions.

• Provide resources and crisis management for clients facing urgent mental health issues, ensuring timely access to support services.

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 yearly, based on experience and qualifications.
