Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, ensuring understanding of their needs and backgrounds, which may include initial evaluations for various conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, particularly in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to guide clients through their unique journeys toward wellness.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care efforts and discuss client assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
