Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily activities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders and construct tailored treatment plans.

• Delivering age-appropriate psychotherapy through individual sessions, as well as facilitating engaging group therapy sessions for children, families, and multi-family units.

• Implementing developmental strategies that cater to the specific needs of child and adolescent clients, ensuring that therapeutic approaches align with their growth stages.

• Providing or coordinating case management services to foster a multi-systemic support network for clients, enhancing their journey towards wellness.

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress via electronic medical records, ensuring adherence to ethical and agency standards.

• Collaborating actively with families, educators, and other professionals involved in the child’s care, to ensure that services are coordinated and effective.

• Participating in ongoing professional development through training and supervision to remain informed on best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking mental health support. The services will range from treatment for anxiety and depression to support for behavioral issues and substance abuse. We are particularly interested in professionals who are skilled in engaging with diverse populations and implementing culturally responsive therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active, independent licensure in the state of Oregon (such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).

• Strong competencies in electronic mail communication and proficiency in using Windows applications for managing client records and documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse caseload, including proficiency in interfacing with multiple providers and support staff.

Compensation and Benefits\n
