This position is designed to be carried out remotely, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule. Our typical operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to adapt to patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain an in-depth understanding of each patient's unique circumstances and mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques that respect each patient's cultural background and personal values.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing mental health resilience and overall well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrative care that supports all aspects of patient health.

• Provide timely crisis intervention support for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stability.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and resources within the community, empowering them to take an active role in their health.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possess a current, valid license in the state of Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and culturally responsive therapy.

• Experience providing therapy to individuals and groups with an emphasis on inclusivity and cultural sensitivity.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention and the ability to remain calm and effective during high-pressure situations.
