You will engage with clients, families, and colleagues through secure virtual platforms, ensuring that you are well-supported in your treatment efforts. The role includes a dedicated focus on creating a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere for clients, both in outreach and during therapeutic sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive admission assessments, welcoming new clients with professionalism and courtesy to facilitate an effective onboarding process.

• Actively participate in weekly treatment team meetings, discussing treatment goals and coordinating care for clients with team members.
\n
• Perform utilization reviews with insurance providers, ensuring that clinical information is communicated effectively to secure necessary authorizations for treatment.
\n
• Maintain accessibility to clients and their families by responding to inquiries within two hours during business hours and within 24 hours otherwise.
\n
• Collaborate with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department regarding client authorizations and payment issues, maintaining communication with referral sources to support continuity of care.
\n
• Initiate discharge planning upon client admission, conducting discharge sessions to confirm understanding of coping skills, transition plans, and resources.
\n
• Manage crises effectively, providing immediate support to clients and assisting milieu staff in their interactions with patients and families.
\n
• Ensure all clinical documentation is completed promptly during the course of treatment, adhering to best practices and compliance requirements.
\n
• Establish therapeutic rapport with clients while actively assessing for risk factors such as suicidality or potential harm to self or others.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to provide tailored care that meets their specific needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, clinical social work, or a related field from an accredited program.

• An active, independent mental health license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of electronic medical records and effective communication via email.

Compensation and Benefits\n
