Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients utilizing evidence-based practices, tailored to meet specific client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop detailed, personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and relevant communications, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

• Regularly review and stay informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health counseling, integrating new knowledge into your practice.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a spectrum of mental health issues. This may encompass anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent, with the ability to practice independently.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Demonstrated experience working effectively with diverse populations and tackling a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge trusting relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in implementing trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Familiarity with the specific mental health needs of various age groups, including children and the elderly.

• Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
