Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored therapy strategies that align with each client's unique needs and goals.

• Deliver various therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment for all participants to share and grow.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records, adhering to ethical and legal standards, while ensuring client confidentiality is always a priority.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Clients will be referred to you based on your availability and experience, and our dedicated administrative team will assist with billing and documentation, significantly reducing your workload.
