Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat to engage clients in meaningful conversations focused on their mental health.

• Collaborate with clients to establish tangible goals and act as an advocate for their mental health needs.

• Assess clients’ mental health conditions through comprehensive evaluations and craft personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of stable, low-acuity adults who present with various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid California state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of teletherapy technology and software for virtual counseling.

• Proficient in conducting thorough assessments and developing treatment plans.
