Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor at Radiant Reflections, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and age groups. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Counselors employed full-time are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, enhancing overall employee wellbeing. Additionally, we provide free access to our platform’s therapy services as an ongoing benefit for our counselors.
