Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Document patient progress and complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner, aligning with agency policies and licensure requirements.

• Participate in unit programming and assist in the training and development of new hires and fellow team members.

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings, providing clinical consultation and expertise to develop and modify comprehensive treatment plans for clients.

• Communicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as with psychiatrists and other medical professionals, to ensure cohesive and coordinated care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
