This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to create a flexible work-life balance tailored to your personal and professional needs. Our remote platform is designed to promote collaboration and communication among team members, ensuring that every clinician feels supported and connected. You will primarily be engaging with clients virtually, using secure telehealth platforms and a HIPAA-compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that comply with both ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Document clinical notes and maintain progress updates utilizing our securely maintained EHR system.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic practices, customizing interventions according to each client’s specific situation.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss treatment strategies, share insights, and collaborate on best practices.

• Uphold client confidentiality and maintain high ethical standards in all therapeutic interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Your ability to engage with clients empathetically and effectively will be crucial in fostering their recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LPCC license in California; please note that we cannot accept Associate or Pre-licensed clinicians for this position.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health discipline.
\n
• Proven ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience involving various mental health concerns.
\n
• Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and excellent communication skills.
\n
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and EHR systems; a willingness to learn new technology is essential.

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.

• Experience conducting group therapy or leading workshops tailored to specific populations or needs.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and other evidence-based frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits\n
