Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, which may include crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support plans.

• Timely and accurately complete necessary documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in conjunction with the clinical team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to implement and monitor positive behavior plans effectively.

• Actively engage in agency licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance resource availability for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
