Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a current and valid license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A solid commitment to ethical practice and cultural sensitivity in delivering mental health services.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of three years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we highly value diverse experiences and backgrounds. Familiarity with specific therapeutic methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), is a plus. Experience working in outpatient settings will further enhance your candidacy.
