The position is fully remote, offering flexibility and convenience for both you and your clients. Our team operates out of an outpatient office in Fontana, California, but your role will primarily involve providing virtual therapy sessions. You’ll engage with clients through video conferencing and telephone sessions, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while reaching clients who may be unable or unwilling to seek in-person treatment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand the mental health needs of adolescent and adult patients, ensuring an accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment plan.

• Develop and implement effective therapy sessions, customizing approaches based on the therapeutic goals set collaboratively with clients.

• Utilize telehealth best practices during virtual sessions, ensuring a secure and supportive environment for clients to share and explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Document all client interactions meticulously in accordance with HIPAA regulations, maintaining confidentiality and making timely updates in our electronic health records system.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, sharing insights and progress regarding clients’ sessions to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of demographics, including adolescents and adults from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. As a therapist, you will engage with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your role will directly impact their mental health outcomes by providing empathetic support and evidence-based interventions tailored to their individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a PsyD.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required for this position.

• Exceptional communication and engagement skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Proficient in maintaining organized documentation and strong time-management skills to handle case loads efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling is preferred, ideally in a remote or telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
