Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients, using standardized tools and observational techniques to understand their mental health status and formulate an accurate diagnosis.

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to clients' specific challenges and therapeutic goals, employing various therapeutic modalities as appropriate.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to express themselves and engage with others facing similar challenges.

• Engage in continuous professional development through following current research, best practices, and evidence-based interventions in mental health.

You will be providing therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, including individuals from various age groups and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
