Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify and evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing established psychological screenings and questionnaires.

• Collaborate with clients to establish personalized treatment goals, actively engaging them in the therapeutic process, which may involve discussing preferred goals and preferred modes of therapy.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This includes adapting therapeutic techniques to the unique needs of each client.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress toward their treatment goals, using specialized software to maintain organized and accurate client records.

• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support and referrals when necessary.

• Provide education and support to clients' families, guiding them on how to actively participate in their loved ones' recovery journeys.
