This position allows for a 100% remote work setting, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining a work-life balance. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule within our operational hours of Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring that you can meet professional responsibilities without the pressure of on-call duties. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly and designed to facilitate seamless patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based mental health care through weekly live video sessions with adult clients, assessing their progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop integrated treatment approaches that support comprehensive patient care.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and progress measures to provide objective feedback on client improvement, ensuring that therapy remains effective and responsive to individual needs.

• Participate in regular consultation and support sessions with team members to enhance therapeutic techniques and share insights on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is primarily on adult clients, including those facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (must hold an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license) from an accredited institution.

• At least one year of independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist.

• Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapy modalities, particularly cognitive behavioral therapy, to effectively assist clients in managing various mental health issues.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of recent clinical experience working with adult populations or higher-risk clients.

• An established track record of providing culturally responsive care to a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses available.
