Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health status to inform treatment decisions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW within the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to incoming therapists. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
