Work Environment\n

As a completely remote position, this role enables you to work from the comfort of your own home while leveraging advanced telehealth technology to connect with clients. Your work schedule would typically run from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, allowing for a consistent routine while maintaining flexibility. You will engage with clients via secure video conferencing platforms, adhering to best practices in teletherapy to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough cultural and psychological assessments to identify clients' unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Formulating and executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client, incorporating measurable objectives and evidence-based interventions.

• Facilitating impactful telehealth therapy sessions, applying a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.

• Actively participating in continuous professional development by attending training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance your skill set and job performance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following required qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license to practice in California, demonstrating your competency in delivering mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
