This role is entirely remote, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own home while utilizing cutting-edge telehealth technology. Our telehealth facility is equipped with secure video and phone platforms that ensure confidentiality and adherence to industry standards. The team operates primarily Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose a variety of mental health conditions in clients ranging from adolescents to adults.

• Provide evidence-based therapy via telehealth, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Develop and implement treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals when necessary, to maximize patient outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that includes treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

• Engage in regular consultation meetings with our multidisciplinary team, contributing your expertise to enhance collective patient support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents who experience a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your role will be crucial in creating tailored therapeutic approaches that respect each client’s unique circumstances, challenges, and cultural backgrounds, allowing them to move forward in their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• An active, unrestricted California state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required to practice in this role.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is essential.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.

• A strong attention to detail in documentation and treatment plan management is critical for compliance and quality assurance.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

• Experience working in telehealth is a plus, although not mandatory, as we provide training for remote counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
