Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups to address various mental health challenges.

• Employ a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care and ensure holistic treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and supervision to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients presenting with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will be expected to tailor interventions to meet the specific needs of your patient population while respecting their unique backgrounds and circumstances. The ability to build rapport and foster trust will be essential to achieving positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in New York.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, particularly in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, in addition to a generous bonus structure.
