Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a comfortable environment for clients to express their thoughts and emotions.

• Assist clients in setting realistic therapeutic goals and develop actionable plans to achieve these objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adults seeking support for various mental health concerns. All clients are pre-screened and consist of stable adults with lower acuity, ensuring that you work within your comfort zone and specialties. You will engage with a diverse clientele looking for assistance in managing stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must hold a valid and fully independent license, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Psychologist
\n
• Licensed Psychoanalyst

• No disciplinary actions on record; no limited or provisional licenses will be accepted.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients are essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a sign-on bonus, our compensation package includes:
