Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions via telehealth, creating a safe and supportive environment to address clients' emotional, mental, and behavioral issues.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning as needed.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments to accurately determine clients' treatment needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date and timely clinical documentation using our digital platform, ensuring seamless care transitions and compliance with organizational policies.
\n
• Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to support and guide clients dealing with various behavioral challenges, adapting methodologies to fit individual client needs.

• Participate in regular case reviews, collaborating with colleagues to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals, families, and groups facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. We advocate for holistic care, encouraging counselors to foster meaningful relationships with clients to enable deeper healing and sustained growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.

• Proficiency in the use of telehealth platforms and technology, ensuring a seamless virtual experience for clients.

• Strong foundation in modern principles, practices, and techniques in individual and family counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges.

• Experience in providing treatment for co-occurring disorders, as well as familiarity with individual and group therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
