Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat, designed to facilitate meaningful conversations with clients.

• Encouraging clients to openly discuss their emotions, life experiences, and challenges they face.

• Collaborating with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and helping them to achieve those objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults who require support navigating various emotional and psychological challenges. Clients are screened rigorously prior to their participation in the telehealth platform, ensuring that you will be working with stable individuals who are motivated to engage in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Possess a full, unrestricted state license allowing you to practice independently (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW). Note: Limited/provisional licenses will not be accepted, and candidates should have no disciplinary actions on their record.

• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and connect authentically with clients.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and empathy, essential for fostering a supportive environment.

• Be comfortable and proficient with technology, including virtual conferencing tools and electronic documentation systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth or e-therapy practices will be given preference. Additionally, familiarity with therapy frameworks and assessment tools tailored to adult populations can enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your commitment to mental health wellness will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Other benefits include:
