Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision to practicum students working towards their clinical licensure, offering guidance and feedback on their clinical practices and growth.

• Deliver psychotherapy services employing various methodologies to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, working towards a cohesive treatment plan for clients.

• Contribute actively to the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans that address clients’ goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, clinical notes, and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous learning by staying up-to-date with current research, trends, and best practices in mental health therapy to enhance personal competency and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of diverse individuals facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, complemented by licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or an equivalent state-recognized license.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, with a demonstrated history of providing direct clinical services.

• Possession of professional liability insurance to ensure best practices in clinical work.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome all experienced applicants, preference will be given to candidates who have experience supervising trainee therapists and a proven track record in telehealth service delivery. Experience with specific therapeutic models, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will be advantageous.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflecting your expertise and commitment to mental health.
