Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing low-acuity mental health issues.

• Utilize our digital platforms to communicate with clients effectively, offering therapy through various channels, including live video sessions, messaging, and shared workflows.

• Monitor client progress through goal-tracking features and provide regular updates and adjustments to their therapeutic plans based on their needs and feedback.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including participating in peer consultation and supervision sessions, to enhance skills and share expertise with colleagues.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation on client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Brilliant Minds Psychosocial Center, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, weight disorders, and grief. Our platform is specifically tailored to ensure that counselors like you connect only with clients who fit your expertise, allowing for a more focused and effective therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, unrestricted LPCC license without any disciplinary actions.

• Reliable internet connection and advanced proficiency using a PC or laptop (tablets are not supported for clinical work).

Compensation and Benefits\n
