Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized counseling sessions through video chat, assisting clients in discussing their emotions, experiences, and psychological challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licenses in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong computer literacy skills and familiarity with telehealth platforms to facilitate effective online therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, and access to an employee assistance program for ongoing support.
