Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, facilitating discussions aimed at improving mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will be pre-screened, stable individuals with low acuity needs. This allows you to concentrate on providing effective solutions without the added pressure of high-risk cases. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.

• Strong ability to evaluate and make informed decisions regarding treatment planning and client care.

• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy and a supportive nature.

• Proficient in using technology, including video conferencing tools, electronic health records, and practice management software.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. You will benefit from weekly direct deposit and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
