Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using standardized tools to evaluate clients’ emotional and psychological states, helping to identify their specific needs and challenges.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities suitable for diverse mental health disorders.

• Facilitate engaging conversation through talk therapy, encouraging clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, seeking to empower them in their healing journey.

• Monitor and record clients' progress over time, analyzing symptoms and adjusting treatment approaches to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Write comprehensive documentation, including medical notes and referral letters, as required, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.

• Provide continuous support by promoting self-reflection, coping strategies, and healthy relationships within the therapeutic process.

• Maintain a warm, empathetic, and receptive demeanor while facilitating counseling sessions, fostering an environment where clients feel safe to share and heal.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
