Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that are truly personalized.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring transparency and accountability in client care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to formulate comprehensive care strategies that address the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload availability.
