Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary case conferences, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems efficiently.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted LPCC licensure in the state of California.
