Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans, taking into account the developmental stages and specific family dynamics of each young patient.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions effectively to address an array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to empower parents and caregivers in nurturing supportive environments that bolster the mental health of their children.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support when dealing with mental health emergencies concerning children and adolescents.

• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards by ensuring accurate and confidential documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the needs and challenges faced by the children and adolescents under your care.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to continually enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, clinical psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
\n
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent in California. Please note that applicants with associate licenses cannot be considered, as they are not billable through Medicare.

• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health, treatment modalities, and evidenced therapeutic approaches.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on developing a compassionate, child-centered practice.
\n
• Strong ability to build rapport with children, adolescents, and their families, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for documenting care and treatment plans efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
