Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of individuals grappling with mental health difficulties, including addictions, trauma-related disorders, anxiety, and depression. You will have the chance to work with diverse demographics, focusing on couples, families, children, and adolescents. Your understanding of cultural backgrounds and social contexts will enrich your contributions to their healing processes, particularly for clients from marginalized communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A current, active state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two years of full-time counseling experience providing mental health services.

• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, including couples, children, teens, and families, particularly with expertise in servicing clients from various ethnic backgrounds and the LGBTQIA community.
