Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms associated with mood disorders in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their individual needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client sessions in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
