Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify and understand clients' mental health needs, establishing personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving their goals.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that are specifically tailored to address the unique challenges faced by each client using evidence-based modalities.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, engaging clients with therapeutic techniques grounded in established practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring that every client receives integrated care.

• Support and educate clients' families, promoting their involvement in the recovery process and enhancing the overall support system.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines, ensuring that client privacy is respected.

As a licensed mental health therapist at Wellness Hills Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele who may be experiencing various mental health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A solid understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and the ability to apply them effectively in a therapeutic setting.

• A minimum of two years post-licensure experience specializing in the treatment of mood disorders is preferred.
