Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, developing individualized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate sessions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Assist in the supervision and mentoring of junior therapists and interns, providing guidance and support to enhance their clinical skills and professional development.

• Actively manage case files and ensure clear documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and necessary follow-up actions using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in after-hours on-call services as needed, providing support for urgent cases and collaborating with team members during weekends and holidays.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to stay current with best practices in mental health care and fulfill agency training requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.

• Valid authorization to work in the U.S., with no history of medical malpractice claims verified by a third party.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a deep commitment to client-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
