Work Environment\n

This position is designed for telehealth service delivery, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions remotely, thus affording flexibility in scheduling while also meeting the needs of our clients effectively. The hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing you with a consistent routine to foster work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders by evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms; formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in your sessions to provide effective interventions.

• Educate clients and families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to foster understanding and cooperation throughout the therapeutic process.

• Monitor client progress rigorously and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring alignment with client goals.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated care approach for clients receiving medication and therapy.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health.
