Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans that cater to individual needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate approaches based on client preferences and therapeutic goals.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic objectives and monitor their progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as new insights emerge.

• Offer accessible teletherapy sessions for clients who may face challenges attending in-person appointments, ensuring consistency in care delivery.

• Thoroughly document client interactions and progress to comply with ethical practices and regulatory guidelines, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and consultation to keep your clinical skills honed and aligned with current trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The focus will be on creating a trusting and safe environment to empower clients to explore their feelings and work towards positive life changes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A relevant master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively, showing empathy and understanding while establishing rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage your caseload, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled with care.
