Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver remote care through an 8-week evidenced-based therapeutic program, focusing on fostering sustainable mental health improvement.

• Monitor client progress by conducting regular assessments, facilitating follow-up communications, and providing care coordination recommendations.

• Participate as a collaborative member of the care team, aiding clients in accessing necessary resources and filling out required consent and authorization forms.

• Identify high-risk participants by evaluating elevated safety concerns, ensuring the proper execution of company protocols to secure their well-being.

• Engage regularly with clinical supervisors and participate in monthly team meetings and Town Halls to share insights and improve service delivery.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and comply with HIPAA Privacy & Security policies, ensuring you complete required annual training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients dealing with various mental health challenges. By focusing on actionable skills and evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), you will guide clients on their journeys toward recovery and self-sufficiency.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• Ability and willingness to maintain a consistent schedule for patient appointments.

• Strong clinical experience in conducting psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT.
