Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse clients ranging from adolescents to adults, presenting with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is pivotal in guiding clients through their healing journeys and helping them achieve their mental wellness goals through evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• Active Californian license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A detail-oriented approach to clinical documentation and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with experience in teletherapy or a background in community health settings will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is a plus, as it will enhance your efficiency in providing care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
