Work Environment\n

This position will primarily be remote, providing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. However, the therapist will also occasionally collaborate with our outpatient office team to create a synergistic care approach, ensuring comprehensive support for our patients. The expected working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' unique backgrounds and experiences.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to reflect each patient's cultural context.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing diverse mental health issues and enhancing well-being and resilience.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, demonstrating your ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• A solid understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities with a special emphasis on cultural competence.

Compensation and Benefits\n
