Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows you to work remotely, offering a flexible work environment that promotes a healthy work-life balance while delivering care directly to clients. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to integrate your personal and professional commitments seamlessly. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct live virtual therapy sessions with adult clients, effectively addressing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions.

• Utilize assessment tools and evidence-based methodologies to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

• Document all clinical interactions using a streamlined, therapist-friendly electronic health record system, which enhances efficiency and facilitates compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary leadership team, participating in regular case consultations to enhance treatment effectiveness and share insights.

• Participate in professional training sessions and continuous education to stay updated on the best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Our client population may include individuals experiencing debilitating stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and more severe mental health conditions. You will employ a strengths-based perspective to support clients in developing effective coping strategies and achieving overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field such as Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC).

• An active, unrestricted license to practice independently in your state; additional licenses in other states are a plus.

• At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience, demonstrating your ability to operate effectively in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
