Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' mental health status and create personalized treatment plans based on their individual needs and goals.

• Facilitate dynamic one-on-one and group therapy sessions addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team—including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers—to coordinate care and provide holistic support for clients.

• Continuously engage in professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and obtaining certifications to stay abreast of the latest mental health practices.

• Actively contribute to service delivery improvement initiatives by sharing insights and suggesting evidence-informed strategies that enhance program effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with diverse populations in the Visalia community, addressing the mental health needs of individuals from different backgrounds and age groups. Many of our clients seek assistance for conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and interpersonal relationship issues. Your ability to empathize and establish a strong therapeutic alliance will be essential in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license or certification in your respective state, such as Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• At least three (3) years of clinical experience working with individuals facing emotional and psychological difficulties, demonstrating proficiency in assessment and intervention.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport swiftly with clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred but not required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing teletherapy through virtual platforms, with comfort navigating technology to enhance client engagement.

• Advanced training or specialization in behavioral therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

• Prior experience in a team setting where you actively collaborated with different mental health professionals towards comprehensive client care.

• Competitive salary range of $78,000 to $115,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
