Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a personalized approach tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to identify the full scope of client needs, establishing a foundation for effective treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team, participating in case reviews, supervision, and regular team meetings to share insights and strategies for client care.

• Ensure adherence to all legal and ethical standards in practice, maintaining integrity in service delivery and compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse caseload, representing various backgrounds and experiences. Clients may present with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Your role will be crucial in creating a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a similar field is required.

• Possession of a current, active California LPCC license in good standing is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is necessary.

• Proficient understanding and application of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
