Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Providing individualized therapy sessions to patients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific goals and needs.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or relational therapy to achieve positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide holistic care and support for patients.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in mental health settings.
\n
• Familiarity with MS Office and clinical software for managing case documentation and communicating with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
